Atlas not working on pages deployed to server

How do you deploy it? Do you have web deployments? Do you publish it? Are you sure all dlls are there?

Thanks for the response - for all our sites we do simple xcopy deployments to the server. Both sites (the one where atlas controls are working and the one where they are not) are deployed the same way by copying the files. I have copied the files to the site and checked them a few times...the dlls and files that are on the server are exactly the same as what is on my development machine (where the atlas controls are working as well).

A simple test that I normally do is to xcopy the deployed solution to the local computer, the same computer you use to develop, if it works, then I ftp into the server, otherwise means I am missing some reference copy into the deployment. Did you try that?
